Description The Listed Derivatives (Exchange Traded Derivatives) business offers execution and clearing services for firm clients and internal franchise desks who wish to execute and/or clear listed derivatives (futures and options) across global execution venues (exchanges) and CCP\'s (Clearing Houses). The LD business caters to clients in Europe, US and APAC and is supported by dedicated operational teams across the globe. Your key responsibilities To ensure processes are performed as per defined Key Operating Job Title: Trade and/or Transaction Operator Location: Bangalore Note: Specific/ mandatory skills: Knowledge of Derivatives or investment banking operation. Experience range: 0-1 year Open to consider fresher candidates (Yes/No): Yes Open to consider relocation/ non-local candidates (Yes/No): No Project duration: 8 months Shift timings: 2:30pm to 11:30pm Number of days work from office: 3 days per week To escalates unusual activity (high or low volumes or dollar amounts, new client activity, slow systems, delayed approvals). Awareness of risks attached to the processes and escalation of potential risks to Team Lead. Contribution to intra and end of day monitoring of process checkpoints. To Investigate and provide guidance on issues experienced by the team members. Your skills and experience Basic knowledge of Listed Derivatives business and market knowledge Willingness to be flexible in working in different shifts. Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to take on responsibility and learn new tasks Sound desktop PC skills including Microsoft Office Ability to work quick and accurately, even under tight deadlines
