We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tractor Sales Executive with experience in commercial vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tractor and agricultural machinery market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for tractor and commercial vehicle sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the commercial vehicle sector, especially farmers and rural businesses.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tractors and related commercial vehicle features to effectively present benefits to customers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand competitor activities, and analyze industry trends.
• Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads, making site visits and conducting product demonstrations as necessary.
• Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting: Handle sales documentation, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales of commercial vehicles, preferably in the tractor or agricultural machinery industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of tractor and commercial vehicle specifications.
• Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills in [local language(s)] and English.
