He/She is in charge to validate the Traction Softwares (by digital or electronic means and relay circuits), to guarantee the QCD objectives of the Traction Validation Software EDU and the Site EHS directives. Responsibilities
Accountable for :
Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) indicators, for security of the persons, the properties and the environment, by applying the safety regulations of the company.
Software Validation deliverables with a good quality level and simulator checking, to guarantee SSIL2 certification,
Optimized fixed costs for these activities
Activities of Software Validation realized for the compatible deadlines with the Projects deliverables,
Indicators, transverse to the Projects, for the Software Validation activity
Respect of the Design Review Validation planning
Adequacy Workloads / Resources for the Software Validation activity
Responsible for : in agreement with the expected S/Q/C/D/P
Guarantee the Health, Environment and Safety (EHS) objectives:
Guarantees the respect for precautionary rules. Take all the necessary measures in case of risk,
Insure the training of the post for every newcomer
Realize Safety Visits scheduled on the site
To be the privileged interlocutor of PrEM and TSE for the Traction Software Validtaion Activities
With the SCVM manage, develop and train the Engineers and Technicians of the domain,
Responsible of the implementation of the DFQ rules (specifications, tools of design, Design Reviews, associated templates and action plan), daily, in the Traction Software Validation activity on the Projects
Guarantee the application by the domain, of the rules and methodologies for Software validation process, defined by the Control Command skill leaders,
Promote, in the Projects, the use of existing solutions, and the re-use, every time it is possible, of these developments already validated within the framework of previous Projects,
With the SCVM define the Software Validation content, the tasks, and their planning for the project
Manage the Workload, the staffing and the resources of the domain and make the associated reporting following the methodology organized by the traction engineering direction,
Contribute to monthly the performance indicators of the Traction Software Validation process and follow up the actions and improvement plan.
Manage the performance of the domain: individual interview/objective definitions

Participate in the Tuning phase with the Software Design Team
Participate to the TMN
Support Test Bench Team on Routine Test Benches
