Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage (F&B) Captain in the casino environment ensures the smooth operation of F&B services, providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising F&B staff, ensuring efficient service, maintaining quality standards, and delivering a positive and engaging atmosphere. The F&B Captain acts as the key liaison between guests and staff, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or F&B management is preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in F&B service, preferably in a casino, hotel, or fine dining setting.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with F&B software and order tracking systems.
