Job Summary: Black Box TPS seeks a talented and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will develop and execute strategic communication plans to promote our brand, products, and services. You will have a crucial role in crafting compelling messaging, creating engaging content, and implementing integrated marketing communications campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, press releases, case studies, and sales materials.
Brand Messaging: Craft clear and consistent messaging that effectively communicates Black Box TPS brand values, product features, and unique selling propositions to our target audience.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, target audience insights, and marketing goals.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to generate positive media coverage and secure speaking opportunities, awards, and partnerships.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, to promote brand awareness, engage with customers, and generate leads.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign results to measure the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts and identify areas for optimization.
Internal Communications: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or related field.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences and channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
Experience with media relations, press release writing, and pitching to media outlets.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
