• 
  
  • 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in software development across multiple modules including writing technical specifications and performing code reviews in ABAP and ABAP Objects
  • At least four years of technical lead experience
  • Three to Four full lifecycle SAP implementations experience
  • Ability to lead strategic workshops with clients
  • Experience across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Retail…etc.,
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Project and SharePoint
  • Provides ongoing visibility to the direction of SAP product within specific discipline including new functionality or typical third-party application
  • Define Technical scope and objectives
  • Establish MS Project tracker to manage the Technical Project Plan
  • Analyze Client requirements and provide detailed technical solutions
  • Act as trusted advisor to the Customer and to Project Management
  • Forecast resources to ensure right consultants are available at right time for the project
  • Manage offshore development work
  • Assist in development of Technical Project Management Methodology, tools and templates
  • Screen new candidates and develop training content
  • Identify and assist in development of intellectual property
  • Software architecture knowledge of enterprise applications is must
  • In-depth experience of working in end-to-end implementations, support and upgrade projects
  • Expertise in (WRICEF Objects) Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Adobe Forms, OO-ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Custom applications using Dialog programming (Module Pool)
  • Knowledge/experience in Webdynpro ABAP, FIORI, UI5 Application development is added advantage
  • Experience in latest ABAP on HANA coding standards is must
  • Experience in ABAP Debugging, Performance Tools, Runtime Analysis, SAP Job Scheduling, SQL Trace and Performance Tuning.
  • Knowledge/Experience in S4HANA Implementations, code optimization
  • Knowledge/Experience in Web Services, Proxies, Restful ABAP programming
  • Knowledge/Experience in IDOCs, Business Workflows, EDI.
  • Effective communication skills as well as negotiation and problem-solving skills
