Role and Responsibilities
? Facilitate Communication:
? Effectively communicate Company's processes and terms to patients and hospital personnel.
? Claim Submission and Follow-Up:
? Manage insurance company portals to submit claim documents and ensure timely follow-up for claim settlement.
? Patient Counseling and Documentation:
? Provide comprehensive counseling to patients regarding procedures and processes.
? Collect all necessary documents from patients and hospital personnel.
? Document Management:
? Systematically upload all collected documents to the Company's portal for processing.
? Financial Transaction Handling:
? Collect cheques or payments due from patients intended for Company's collections.
? Ensure responsible handling of all patient-related documentation and financial transactions.
? Process Optimization:
? Implement and maintain streamlined processes for efficient handling of patient documentation and financial transactions.
? Compliance and Quality Assurance:
? Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards in all aspects of claims management and patient interactions.
Key Accountability
? Manage the TPA Desk of the hospital assigned to you for Hospital premises.
Primary Skills
? Experience in Hospital TPA desk Manager.
? Good Communication Skills
Education: ? Any graduate candidate.
