Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with insurance companies and patients for cashless and reimbursement claims.
• Maintain accurate records of claim submissions, approvals, and payments.
• Assist patients in understanding their insurance policies and claim procedures.
• Liaise with hospital departments for smooth claim processing.
• Ensure compliance with TPA and insurance guidelines.
Requirements:
• 1 year of TPA/health insurance experience, preferably in a hospital.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of claim documentation and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital systems is a plus.
