Job Duties & Responsibilities
To interact with hospital insurance patients.
Sending Pre-Authorization and getting approval for Cashless claims.
Cross checking Packages or tariff before sending to Insurance Company or TPA.
Educating patient about deduction on settlement.
To create awareness about reimbursement claims. (Pre, Post & Hospitalization)
Collecting claim support documents from the patients / hospitals & coordinate with back-end team to ensure smooth transfer of data to the TPA/Insurance company.
Be available at the assigned hospital for six days in a week b/w 9.30am to 6.30pm
Efficiently and effectively handle grievance / issue raised by hospital staff & patients, escalate issue to the team leader, as necessary.
Follow-up and Updates to be given to the clients
To manage the assigned the team of Insurance Claim Executives and Assistant Manager placed at the partner hospital
Qualifications & Skills.
Graduation / Post Graduation
2+ years of relevant experience
Should have good analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Open to travel and to be placed at different Hospital locations to complete the task and to manage the teams that are assigned
Experience.
2+ years of experience in Hospital or Insurance or TPA or similar field
Additional Skills.
Strong verbal skills - Fluency in English & Kannada.
Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for new tasks and challenges
Relationship building skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Willingness to accept a high degree of uncertainty, jump in and help wherever needed, get hands dirty, and wear multiple hats on a fast-moving team.
Should be able to manage the task assigned, while managing the tasks of the team/ team members that are assigned
