Job Description

Customer Service able to front end customers and various stake holders

Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to support the Organization's Operations

Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management and stakeholders.

Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing data and implementing corrective measures.

Excellent Working knowledge of MS Office

Database maintenance Analytics & logical thinking.

Generating reports to analyze business performance across functions on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.

Should have knowledge of Dashboards, automation process and Catering to reporting requirements from Operations and other teams

Troubleshooting and validation of various data requests through SQL.

Documentation of the reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.

Ensure periodic and accurate collection and updating of data.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,200.00 per month
