Job Description
• •Walk-inTime- 09:30 am - 4:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) •
• •Address:CARE Hospitals, Road No.1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana-500034. •

• Responsible for coordinating and submitting claim forms to the insurance companies after verifying all the documents.
• Ensure timely reply to all queries from the TPAs in coordination with our consultants.
• Keep the patient updated on the status of their cashless facility.
• Ensure all original documents along with the bills are retained by us for claiming the same from respective TPA/corporate.
• Ensure collection of non-medical expenses or any such expenses which are not covered by the corporate or TPA before patient leaves premises.
• Coordinate and resolve issues if any from customers or their respective insurance bodies and work closely with insurance companies, patients, and internal departments of the hospital.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
