Tpa Coordinator & Counsellor
Job Description
• Min 2 Years of experience in relevant area (TPA & Ayushman Bharat & Counselling the patient)
• Serve as a liaison between clients, Insurance companies / TPA
• Co-ordinate to get files cleared with TPA / Insurance companies and get authorization letter
• Co-ordinate with patients, and hospital to get the query resolved and process files further
• Follow up for files which is yet to be settled for payment by Insurance companies to the Hospital.
• Maintain and update daily tracker of cases administered under TPA bucket
• Assist in billing for TPA-related cases
• Able to counsel patient to make him aware about treatment protocols and expenses related to it.
• Able to handle patient while he/ she is admitted in hospital, provide solution to any grievances if faced by patients.
• Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelor's or graduate degree
• Strong background & understanding of insurance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in working in any hospital
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Should possess a Positive, caring & helping attitude.
• Some states may have mandatory licensing requirements.
