Operate tower crane controls to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment according to project specifications.
Inspect crane machinery and equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or defects to the supervisor.
Interpret and follow blueprints, load charts, and other technical documents to determine the appropriate crane setup and lifting procedures.
Communicate with ground crew and other personnel to coordinate lifting activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crane, such as lubricating moving parts, inspecting cables and hooks, and replacing worn or damaged components.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety meetings and training sessions.
Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations as necessary to ensure safe working conditions.
Keep accurate records of crane operations, including lift logs, maintenance reports, and inspection records.
Assist in rigging and securing loads as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, to ensure efficient and safe crane operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tower crane operator, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Valid certification or license to operate tower cranes.
Strong understanding of crane operations, including load charts, rigging techniques, and safety procedures.
Location: Pune ( Localities preferred)
