Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tours Operation Manager to oversee and manage our tour operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tour management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure seamless tour operations from inception to execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in tour operations management, with a strong understanding of travel logistics and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills with a track record of effectively leading teams.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• IATO (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
