Job Summary:
The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless travel experiences for employees and clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services while ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel Arrangements:
• Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel for employees or clients, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and car rentals.
• Ensure adherence to company travel policies and budget constraints.
• Provide travelers with itinerary details and ensure all travel documents (visas, tickets, etc.) are in order.
• Travel Coordination:
• Serve as the main point of contact for all travel-related inquiries.
• Offer assistance in emergencies (e.g., last-minute bookings, cancellations, or changes).
• Ensure travelers are aware of the travel requirements such as health and safety protocols, travel advisories, and any necessary bookings or arrangements.
• Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best rates and services.
• Negotiate travel deals and contracts with vendors to obtain competitive prices for the company.
Experience:
• Minimum [1] years of experience in a travel coordination or travel desk role.
• Experience with corporate travel booking systems
