We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air ticketing, holiday package sales, and visa services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking air travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- Recommend and sell holiday packages tailored to clients\' preferences and budget, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and visa requirements to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the travel agency.
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on air ticketing, holiday package sales, and visa services.
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
