Key Responsibilities:
• Manage travel bookings, including flight, hotel, and transportation reservations for clients.
• Create customized travel packages for both domestic and international destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
• Utilize ticketing software for booking and managing reservations.
• Handle itinerary planning and offer travel advice based on client preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new destinations, and ticketing options.
• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for all travel bookings.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on ticketing.
• Proficiency in using ticketing software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create attractive and comprehensive travel packages.
• Good command of computers and related software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?9,912.21 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
