We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tour Package Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our domestic and international tour packages. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure a seamless booking process. Your goal is to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to individual and group clients.
Engage with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to understand their travel preferences and needs.
Provide detailed information about tour packages, including destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and tour packages offered by the company.
Participate in promotional activities, such as travel fairs, webinars, and sales presentations, to attract potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM software.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
