• Selling : Selling tours and vacation packages
• Communicating : Engaging with potential and existing customers to inform them of the company's offerings and services
• Building relationships : Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
• Providing solutions : Identifying customer needs and providing solutions through the company's products and services
• Collecting information : Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Following up : Following up with customers and resolving complaints
• Reporting : Making reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling
