Job Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Tour Packages: Create comprehensive tour packages that include
transportation, accommodation, and activities tailored to client needs.
Customization: Customize travel packages based on customer preferences and specific
requirements.
Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries and provide detailed information about our
tour packages.
Issue Management: Handle any changes or issues that arise during the planning and
execution stages of the tours.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth and seamless
service delivery.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our tour
packages.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients
through networking and referrals.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel
trends.
Creativity: Ability to design unique and attractive travel packages.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using travel booking systems and software.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry,
preferably in a similar role.
