As a Tour Operator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

? Create customized travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities. - Research and provide up-to-date information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel restrictions. - Coordinate bookings and reservations with hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

? Ensure all travel documents and arrangements are in order for clients. - Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process, addressing client queries and concerns.

? Assist clients during their trips, resolving any issues that may arise. - Stay updated on industry trends and new travel destinations.

? Promote and sell tour packages and travel services.

Requirements:

? Passion for travel and a strong knowledge of various travel destinations.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English languages.

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

? Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is a plus. - Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
