Job Title: Tour Operator/ Operation Executive

Location: Borivali East

Experience: Fresher/ 2-3 years

Salary: Fresher - 15-20 K

Experience: 20-30 K

The Tour Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of tour operations, including customer inquiries, bookings, itinerary planning, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling both international and domestic calling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, and travel services.
• Assist customers in booking tours, flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements.
• Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise during the tour.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers for promotional and sales purposes.
• Handle incoming calls from international and domestic clients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain updated records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tour operations or travel industry.
• Proven experience in handling both international and domestic calls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
