Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and coordinate tour packages and itineraries tailored to client preferences.
• Liaise with travel agents, transport providers, hotels, and other vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and ticketing for flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote travel packages and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Handle logistical arrangements, including visas, insurance, and other travel documentation.
• Oversee budgets and manage financial aspects of tours to maximize profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, popular destinations, and industry developments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Tour Operator or in a similar role in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, visa processes, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in travel software and booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
