Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and create enticing tour packages tailored to meet the interests and preferences of clients.
• Research destinations, attractions, and travel trends to ensure offerings are up-to-date and competitive.
• Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services for tour packages.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tour packages through various channels.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction before, during, and after their travel experience.
• Manage logistics and coordinate all aspects of the tour package, including accommodations, transportation, meals, and activities.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and other necessary materials for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tour Operator, Travel Agent, or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, attractions, and travel regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field

Pay: ?20,000.00 per month
