Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Tour Planning & Development:
• Create customized travel itineraries and tour packages.
• Research destinations to provide accurate and engaging information.
• Design specialized packages such as senior citizen tours, honeymoon trips, and adventure experiences.
• Supplier Management:
• Establish relationships with airlines, hotels, local guides, and transport providers.
• Negotiate competitive rates and ensure high service standards.
• Booking and Reservations:
• Handle flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
• Manage reservations for activities, excursions, and dining experiences.
• Customer Service & Communication:
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide destination advice.
• Handle pre-tour and post-tour customer feedback and resolve issues.
• Maintain contact with clients throughout the tour to ensure a smooth experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,233.03 - ?28,427.06 per month
