The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and conducting tours, ensuring an exceptional travel experience for our clients. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Create vouchers, check invoices, and handle all tour operations
- Coordinate passenger and guide details and communicate with suppliers
- Follow up on client check-ins and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Sales team and suppliers for a seamless experience
- Manage reservations, bookings, and manage travel documents
- Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Tourism/ Hospitality/Business Administration/IATA,/IAPA, or a related field
- 1 year or more experience in tour operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in using travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
