We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a strong background in coordinating and managing tour logistics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of memorable travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Tour Planning and Coordination: Design and develop tour packages according to client specifications, ensuring all logistical aspects such as accommodations, transportation, and activities are arranged efficiently.

Vendor Management: Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and ensure smooth operations during tours.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns during tours, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Financial Management: Monitor tour budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and maximizing cost-efficiency.

Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, local attractions, and cultural nuances of various destinations to offer informed recommendations to clients.

Documentation and Compliance: Prepare detailed itineraries, contracts, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2 to 4 years of experience in tour operations or travel planning.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
