Peregrine Tours and Travels is seeking a motivated and experienced Package Tour Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing tour packages to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop attractive tour packages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure bookings and negotiate rates.
• Manage all logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel experience.
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages.
• Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in travel management software is a plus.
