We are a leading B2C / B2B tour operator in India specialized in the European market with more than 25 years of service providing. We are in look for a person who is passionate in travel and tourism and who can create mesmerizing content about travel.

Some of the basic Job requirements are outlined below:-

• Planning and organizing tours : Creating detailed itineraries, selecting attractions, and coordinating transportation and accommodations.
• Content creation & Social media handling: Creating visually pleasing contents and managing social media handles of organization, also must be able to basic video and photo editing.
• Customer service : Addressing customer inquiries, providing pre-tour information, and resolving any issues that arise during tours.
• Documentation : Handling necessary paperwork, such as travel insurance and permits.
• Quality control : Monitoring and evaluating tour quality, ensuring high standards are met.
• Client support : Providing pre- and post-tour support, addressing complaints and feedback.
• Booking management : Assisting clients with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Service improvement : Gathering customer feedback to improve service offerings.

We are specifically on the look out for a nearby candidate in and around Ernakulam district. The nearer the better!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
