Position: Back Office Operations Executive

Relocation : Must be willing to relocate to Kolkata if not already based there.

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel booking, billing, or chauffeur services, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle back-office operations related to travel bookings, billing, and chauffeur services.

? Process and verify travel and billing transactions accurately.

? Address and resolve customer queries effectively via email and phone.

? Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.

? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional efforts and client acquisition.

? Assist in maintaining records and databases to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:

? Experience in travel booking, billing, or chauffeur services is preferred.

? Strong mathematical skills with a keen analytical mindset.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proven experience in handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions.

? Sales and marketing experience is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
