Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Analyst to join our Global Compensation Team and would provide compensation and benefits services to internal customers in the areas not limited to compensation, benefits, mobility, and job evaluation with specific focus in one or several sub-functions as assigned. The Total Rewards Analyst is an experienced level position that provides intermediate quantitative analysis, conducts communication with smaller groups, makes proposals and recommendations in designated areas with more independent, and can solve moderately complex problems.The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, IndiaWhat you will doJob Roles and Responsibilities

  • This is the experienced level professional in Total Rewards arena and this position is to move from learning and assisting others to learning to contribute with more independence.
  • The Total Rewards Analyst is expected to be familiar in the designated areas and works independently in one or several sub-functions of Total Rewards, like Salary Planning , Competitive Analysis , Job Evaluation, Compensation management , STIP management, benefits management, or mobility management. The incumbents may receive guidance and direction from more senior staff.
Key areas of responsibility encountered in this role may include any or several of the following:Salary Administration:
  • Perform analysis and modelling of market and organization compensation data.
  • Analyze and develop annual salary planning to determine company competitiveness level.
  • Deep understanding of compensation elements of a country and their role in defining compensation competitiveness Implement and administer compensation policy, and work on special research projects including functional compensation studies.
  • Exposure to analysing market data from multiple consultants e.g., Mercer, Aon, Korn Ferry, WTW etc. is recommended Technology prone mindset with preferable exposure to HCM and Compensation tools like Workday, Pay Scale.
Survey Submissions:
  • Administering annual survey submission (both compensation and benefits) for multiple locations in cognizance to the local laws and practices.
  • Recommended to have process exposure across multiple consultants. Mindset to analyze the processes and bring in efficiencies keeping regional/global complexities in hindsight.
Policy and Procedures
  • Administered regional/global processes and governance. Manage global processes, attitude to bring in continual improvements in line with the enterprise view.
Job Evaluation
  • Be responsible for the investigation, description, analysis, interpretation, and comparison of positions to provide grade level recommendations that accurately reflect job scope, responsibility and relationship with other jobs.
  • Description content is analysed considering factors such as Know-How, Problem Solving and Accountability.
  • Comparisons are made with similar and related work within the corporation to determine the proper grade levels of specific job assignments.
  • Proposals are prepared with recommended grade level for approval.
  • In cases where grade levels are disputed, consult with managers, and explain the rationale of the evaluation.
  • Provide expertise and counsel to business leaders on organization design concepts and principles.
  • Counsel managers on matters of developmental assignments, special assignments and/or special agreements.
Incentive Administration
  • Administer and maintain various Short-term incentive plans assigned, analyze the data related to each plan to ensure the compliance and accurate and timely pay-outs Provide consultation to plan administers and customers.
Benefits Administration
  • Perform analysis of market and organization benefits data Responsible for implementing the company\'s benefits policy, Act as a liaison with insurance carriers to obtain premium quote and renewals Stay abreast of current trends and regulatory issues surrounding social benefits plan design and administration.
  • Work with local HR leaders on benefits budgets and proposals and oversees implementation.
What you will have
  • Requires a university degree or certification that is equivalent Requires seasoned analytical skills, good practical judgment, interpersonal skills and the ability to work and contribute independently or with a team
  • Requires 3 - 7 years working experience as specialist in Total Rewards or HR related areas with exposure to Compensation and Benefits.
  • Exposure to multiple regions and feasibility to work across time zones Ability to reason through data and findings
Skills desired:Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Level Working Knowledge:

Benefits Programs : Knowledge of employee benefits programs, processes, issues and considerations; ability to design and implement benefits programs.
Level Working Knowledge:
  • Counsels and assists employees in benefits issues.
  • Transfers employees information and benefits data to benefits vendors.
  • Performs benefits administration including enrollment, claims and the termination process.
  • Analyzes corporate benefits plans and market trends.
  • Implements a specific type of benefits program within the organization.
Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structure, and regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.
Level Working Knowledge:
  • Implements compensation packages for an organization\'s employees.
  • Coordinates compensation activities with HR and business staff.
  • Adheres to government and industry compensation regulations.
  • Conducts job analysis and salary survey activities within the department.
  • Assists in developing various compensation programs within an organization.
