Designation: Electronics Trainer / Customer Care Executive- Electronics [TOT certified}

Responsibilities:

-You will be overall responsible for the batches allocated for each cycle. Key responsibility would be to conduct training and practical sessions of the batches for various programs undertaken by Medhavi Foundation.

-You will attend all the trainings (without fail) conducted by Medhavi Foundation for self-development to deliver better in your respective capacity at your assigned role.

-Apart from conducting training sessions and laboratory sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include MIS management, Biometric attendance management, organizing internships, on the job training and placement drives, participation in mobilization drives, contacting relevant recruiters etc. if required.

-You will be mandatorily required to update online reporting sheet on daily basis with details of daily learning outcome update.

-Perform any other task as assigned by the Company as per the requirement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/ITI/CITS/TOT certified in Electronics

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

At least 2 years in the Customer Service Industry

1 year of teaching experience

Hands-on experience in customer care and training in the electronics field
