We are currently seeking a Tools Integration Technical Support to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Analyzes and evaluates application requirements to determine appropriate systems software solutions. With systems and user\'s requirements in mind, designs, evaluates, codes, configures, tests and documents applications utilizing relevant programming language. Participates in implementation, roll out, migration, integration, upgrades, testing, performance tuning, research, and development. Documents procedures for installation and maintenance. Incorporates state-of-the-art concepts and practices to facilitate system functionality and facilitate continuous improvement.

Required Skill set:

• Experience in customization of BMC Remedy applications - Versions >=18.*
• Experience in Installation and / or configuration of BMC Remedy applications ( >=ITSM 18.*)
• Experience in Architecting Environment, Installation, Design and Optimization
• Experience across platforms, windows, Linux and Posgres
• Experience in Boomi platform support
• Experience and Technical Knowledge on DWP, Smart IT, Smart Reporting, Innovation Studio, D2P, HDM, Upgrade process is a must
• Experience in Integration including Rest API, SOAP and Web API\'s, Experience in Technologies like Jitterbit will be an added advantage
• Experience in Data Migration process including but not limited to DMT and HDM.
• The candidate will need to have functional / Technical knowledge covering ITSM best practices, methodology and workflows, setup including all the supported networks, hardwares and OS.
• The candidate will also need to have technical experience with Remedy workflow programming, ability to troubleshoot using Remedy log files
• The candidate will need to have the ability to propose, recommend, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions given these BMC Tools, Platforms and Third party applications.
• Implement integrations with BMC Remedy applications and Various API\'s
• Design custom or product-based solutions based on BMC Remedy applications
• Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions

• Knowledge of ITIL compliance processes and ITSM suite capabilities

Skills Required:

• Must have minimum 10+ years of Architect level experience - Platform and Application
• Must have good knowledge of Local area network, TCP/IP protocol, internet connectivity and Databases.
• Formal Helix / Remedy >=20.02 training is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Very good communication skills

• Should have development and support experience on AR System, ITSM, Atrium CMDB, SRM, SLM and RKM (all >=9.* version) and dependency impacts of any changes or updates.
