The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure \xe2\x80\x93 good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally \xe2\x80\x9cfiguring it out.\xe2\x80\x9d This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.

There are two halves to this role: First, contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. And second, long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. This role isn\xe2\x80\x99t specific to any one platform, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a good feel for all of them. And because of this, you\xe2\x80\x99ll experience variety and growth at Kyndryl that you won\xe2\x80\x99t find anywhere else.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done, and identify the technical and timeline risks up front. • 
  Work as the lead tools architect and be the prime responsible for the plan, design, implementation and acceptance of enterprise IT tools that monitor and manage a vast infrastructure and applications landscape.
• Guide the individual tools teams for successful rollout of their tools and ensure the overall orchestration of the rollout to ensure minimal disruption to client business.
• Partner with engineers, administrators, architects, developers and project managers to plan and implement complex, technical monitoring solutions and architecture.
• Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and integrate with such data sources and present the data in a actionable manner.
• Analyse data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data with a clear objective in mind
• Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems.
• Enterprise Tools \xe2\x80\x93 Service Now, Dynatrace, Bigfix, ITM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Rich Experience in hands on implementation/custom development in at least one of Dynatrace or Service Now Mandatory.
• B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in Tools Implementation and Automation
• Past experience of leading Tools rollout programs involving multiple technologies in at least one large landscape ( >1000 nodes)
• Atleast 1 year experience in Visualization or Dashboarding tools
• Familiar with Patch & Configuration Management, Capacity Management tools like Bigfix, BMC etc.
• Familiar with ITSM tools like Service Now, BMC and APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both laterally and up to influence decisions and actions.

• 
  Manage Engine / Symphony Summit / Service Now / Microfocus) across various modules esp. Problem, Incident, SLA, Change & Asset Management.
• 
  End-user monitoring, Chatbot, Self-Heal, Gamification & integration with ITSM suite.
• 
  Public Cloud & On-premise based solutioning.
• 
  Cognitive / AI based ITSM solutions.

Monitoring & Management suite & AI

• 
  Solutioning, Implementation and customisation experience in Monitoring and Event Management tools like Tivoli ITM, Netcool Omnibus, Prometheus/other cloud monitoring tools.
• 
  Integration experience with at least one ITSM tool - BMC Remedy/Service Now/ Microfocus
• 
  Solutioning Opensource monitoring tools like Elastisearch, Logstash, Kibana/Grafana, Science Logic , Ansible automation etc.
• 
  Basic understanding and knowledge of DevOps monitoring & management tools.
• 
  Building AI ecosystem including with AI-start-ups and advisors.
• 
  Understanding of AIOps/DevOps IT tools assessments for customer engagements., Data Insights, Anomalies detection, Automation, Predictive Analytics etc.
