Position: Tool MakerPosition Overview: The Tool Maker is responsible for designing, constructing, and repairing tools and dies used in the sheet metal stamping process, ensuring high precision and quality.Key Responsibilities:Design and construct tools and dies based on specifications and blueprints.Repair and refurbish existing tools and dies to maintain production quality.Perform precision machining and fitting of tool components.Conduct test runs to ensure tools and dies function correctly.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool design and performance.Qualifications:Diploma or certification in Tool and Die Making or related field.Extensive experience in tool and die making, preferably in sheet metal stamping.Proficiency in using machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Position: Tool SetterPosition Overview: The Tool Setter is responsible for setting up and adjusting stamping tools and dies in press machines, ensuring proper alignment and operation for efficient production.Key Responsibilities:Set up and adjust stamping tools and dies in press machines.Ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of tools and dies.Perform test runs to verify correct setup and make necessary adjustments.Monitor production runs to ensure quality and consistency.Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Technical training or experience in tool setting or machine setup.Knowledge of stamping press machines and tool setup procedures.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Salary Range Rs.15000 to RS.25000Time of work 8:30 to 5:30 PMFood & Stay will not be providedLooking for local candidates from Madurai regionContact :7339294355/hr1@kukulkan.in
