Job Overview This is a full-time position as a Tool Room Manager - Maintenance at Om Sai Global HR Service. The Tool Room Manager - Maintenance will be responsible for managing and maintaining the tools and equipment used in the company\'s operations. The job is located at our headquarters in Gurgaon, India. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate\'s qualifications and experience. The Tool Room Manager - Maintenance will be part of a team of 2-10 employees. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in tool room management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus. Experience with inventory management systems. Roles And Responsibilities Manage and maintain the tool room, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and ensure the efficiency and reliability of tools and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of tools and equipment. Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, keeping track of stock levels and replenishing as needed. Train and supervise tool room staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to identify tooling requirements and provide support for new projects. Troubleshoot and repair tools and equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations. Maintain accurate records of tool room activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory. Stay updated with the latest advancements in tools and equipment technology and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
