Job Opening: Tool Room Incharge

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Tool Room Incharge to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong background in managing tool rooms, handling precision tools, and ensuring efficient operations, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the tool room.
• Supervise the maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools and equipment.
• Ensure the proper storage, inventory, and issue of tools to the production department.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines and tool requirements.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Monitor tool usage, performance, and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools and machinery for safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a tool room or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of tool room operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software for inventory and tool tracking.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CNC machines and precision tooling.
• Experience with cost management and inventory control.

Location: Bhosari MIDC

Salary: 45,0000 to 60,000/- PM
