• Collaborating with clients to define and refine their design specifications, analyzing associated costs, assessing feasibility in alignment with production and economic constraints, and communicating the resultant design data to relevant stakeholders
• Providing instructions, guidance, and support to colleagues facing technical challenges in design, while ensuring adherence to defined technical standards within the framework of equipment operation designs
• Conducting discussions and negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders to reach consensus on addressing issues pertaining to equipment and tool design
• Enhancing current design protocols, integrating, and enforcing new guidelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, technical committees, and workgroups

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma / Post Diploma in tooling / University degree in Mechanical, production or relevant field
• 5 to 10 years of Work experience
• Good in Communication
