Job Description
• Assemble dies according to technical specifications and blueprints.
• Install assembled dies in production machines and ensure proper alignment and setup.
• Perform routine maintenance on dies to prevent wear and tear.
• Diagnose and repair issues with dies, including polishing, welding, and component replacement.
• Adjust dies to correct issues such as misalignment, excessive wear, or other defects.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to inspect and ensure die components meet specifications.
