Job Title : Plastic & Injection Mold Tool and Die Maker

: We are seeking a skilled Plastic & Injection Mold Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, creating, and maintaining molds used in the plastic injection molding process.

Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain plastic injection molds.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on molds.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify mold designs.
• Operate various machining tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Inspect completed molds to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues in the production process.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize mold performance.
• Maintain detailed records of mold designs, modifications, and maintenance.

Qualifications &Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker in plastic injection molding.
• Proficiency in CAD software and machining tools.
• Experience: 6+ Year proven experience working as a tool and die maker in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of mold design and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Quality Control: Experience with quality control analysis to ensure all products meet high standards.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of machine tools and their uses, with extensive experience in metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Diploma/ITI, or a similar field.
