Tool and Die Maintenance Technician (ITI in Tool and Die Maintenance / Fitter)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
Key Responsibilities:1. Tool and Die Maintenance
Responsible for the regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of tools and dies used in production processes.
Ensure tools and dies are in optimal condition to avoid production delays.2. Trials of New Components (Bender & Clamp)
Conduct trials and testing of newly designed components, such as benders and clamps, to ensure they meet specifications and function as expected in the production environment.3. Visit Suppliers for Job Work Follow-up
Visit external suppliers to follow up on job work (e.g., tooling, parts manufacturing, or specialized processes), ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.4. Machining of Parts as Per Requirement (Drilling, Tapping, Polishing, Turning)
Perform machining operations like drilling, tapping, polishing, and turning to produce parts as required by the maintenance and production processes.
Work with various machining tools and equipment to meet the specifications for parts used in die maintenance and repair.
