- Proficient in installing and Administering Middleware/webserver technologies like Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic
- Working Knowledge of Unix Platform
- Hands on experience in working with TOMCAT installation and deployment of JAVA web apps
- Experience in working with Server administration with TOMCAT and Unix shell scripting
- Experience in deploying the code through web/application server like Apache Tomcat.
- Apache Server configuration and Management.
- Maintain and strengthen SSL Security in Web Environments
- Experience in installation and configuration of different software on Linux/UNIX OS and data restoration
- Responsible for migration and lift & shift of middleware/web applications.
- Perform disaster recovery and can assist on backup and restore activities with respective teams.
- Work as a L3 support in case of issues & take ownership of Middleware issues end to end.
- Assists application and database teams with performance issues.
- Periodic system performance, capacity & resource management
- Review & own technical documentation ensure compliance and accuracy in all documents.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and some working knowledge in DevOps tools will be preferred.
- In depth knowledge of Networking concepts like Firewalls and DMZ, should be able to work with Networking teams to get them configured.
