:Roles & Responsibilities: Institution TO

• Technical knowledge on Paint product range along with different painting processes.
• Conducting site inspections and propose solutions as per site health and customer requirements.
• Periodic visits to assigned warranty sites at regular interval. Overall progress to be assessed in adherence to warranty requirement. Suggesting corrections if any during the execution process.
• Handholding of team in field for product related support like product demo, training to contractors/ applicators and problem-solving products and application related.
• Conducting contractor training for focus products on periodic basis in coordination with sales team. Best practices to be promoted as per market requirement.
• Educating stakeholders and customer on importance of safety and implementation of the same through applicators.
• Understanding competition product range & painting systems. Analyse the same to draw comparison with our range of products on periodic basis. New product/systems proposals to be shared as per market requirement with marketing team.
• Periodic field trials to be conducted and share the analysis with RnT team via marketing team.
• Effective monitoring of competitors\' activities and structured reporting.
• Conduct Product Trials; Testing in the field with different kinds of Mechanise tools and market practices.
• Attending customer complaints and taking corrective action relating to product or application issues.
• Periodic visits to assigned warranty sites at regular interval. Overall progress to be assessed in adherence to warranty requirement. Suggesting corrections if any during the execution process.
• Documentations for the Training field visits and complaints of the assigned territories. Sharing the monthly reports covering all the activities done.

Paint language- chemical proposition used,acrelic, polymer, demo.. Good in excel, good in comms.Target- Pidilite, berger, Asian, Nippon- technical officer, techno commercial, PA-CX.
