B.E./ B. Tech/ (Comp Sc, IT, Electronics preferable) MCA/MTech/Graduate in relevant field and MBA;
Prince2/PMP Certification preferable but not mandatory
Min 10-12 years of experience with Government, Private and Development Partner
Flexible to travel, excellent communication and writing skill
Experience with Big4/consulting firms is preferable but not mandator
More than 12 years of experience with Government, Private and Development Partners
Excellent communication skill and ability to communicate Deloitte\'s Service Offerings for DigiGov at market place
Excellent client relationship skills and strong connect/network with C class executives in Government
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Will work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients
Will prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company
Set up of meetings with appropriately qualified contacts ( decision maker\'s in Government)
Anticipate and recognize any client requirements in order to close any sales
Coordinate opportunities from prospect through to engagement closely with Deloitte\'s team
Ability to monetize business opportunities through measurable outcomes.
Research, communicate information and any early intelligence about target clients
Assist in creating a strong pipeline of opportunities and takes ownership of project delivery
Strong follow up with client in closing opportunities
Should be multi tasking and lead a portfolio of 3-4 projects independently
Work collaboratively with the company\'s resources to define the approach and strategy for achieving client requirements and presenting the same to clients
Sectoral experience on Digital solutions-Higher Education and Women & Child development is must
