FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs a TM - Work Admin you will be a part of Plant operations and will report to Section Head -Work Admin.Your role will be to support Plant Head/Manufacturing Head to coordinate with Plant operations for Productivity, logistics, maintenance, special projects & implementation of TPM activities, while ensuring with all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulationsA purpose driven role for youKey Accountabilities
1.Support and develop Strategies to ensure Plant effectively meets production goals at minimum costs
2.Facilitate in Preparation for Policy Deployment
3.Facilitate in Planning and Execution strategy for Special Projects.
4.Preparation of Operational Plant Committee Reports
5.Support in preparing the Overall Current situation of 2 Wheeler Industry and How our company stands vis-a-vis competitors.
6.Monitor the completion of Plant Level shining projects as decided in the annual plans.
7.Tracking ABP plan vs actual to ensure timely actions on losses / abnormalities.
8.Develop, establish & support for execution of the new systems / upgradation of current systems to improve the operations efficiency.

Intermediate-level knowledge & proficiency in Quality Management Systems, TPM (Core Manufacturing Pillars), DWM, Problem solving tools, Kaizen, visual
Intermediate-level knowledge about TQM , Policy Management
