Role

As the Team Manager -Weld Shop you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Weld & pant Shop The purpose of your role will be to manage production line target as per business plan and to achieve zero failure in section.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. To adhere shift wise production plan of fuel tank

2. To ensure quality requirement of product and processes

3. New Model coordination and Process improvement

4.Manpower Skill Enhancement at to ensure required competency availability in shop.

A Day in the life

Work as shift in-charge to meet the PQCDSM target/OEE improvement/- SOP adherence of New Model Parts/Delivering within decided timelines /Defect outflow to Final Inspection/Multi skilling of Team members/Monitoring and Control of Data

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma /Btech

Technical Skills/Knowledge

MIG and Resistance Welding Skill,

Troubleshooting correction

Managing People skill Die

Fixture skill

Behavioural Skills

Ability to handle the Manpower (70~80) & Mentoring/Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
