FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the TM/LINE INCHARGE-MACHINE SHOP Steel Phase you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Machine Shop (Steel Phase)
The purpose of your role will be to Manage the Production as well as manpower in Machine Shop to achieve production targets in line with defined cost, quality & timeline standards by ensuring safety guidelines adherence for the manufacturing setup.A purpose driven role for youYour key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Create the Production plan to achieve production targets without any failure.
2. Reduce/eliminate flow of defects at customer end to improve straight pass of the department as well as improving customer satisfaction.
3. Implementation of TPM, 5S, JH Activity & TEI activities to improve the employee engagement & efficiency.
4. Make, adhere & improve management system to sustain & improve the current level of dept.
5. To ensure cost targets to be meet with assigned cost to aligned with overall deptt cost target.
6. To ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly shop floor with in his shift.A Day in the lifePreparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment . Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement. Documentation and reporting of Production.Academic Qualification & Experience1. B.Tech in mechanical Engg with 3 to 5
2. Diploma in Mechnical Engg with 5 to 9 years of relevant experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge1. MS Office, SAP & PPT
2. 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS
3. Robot Operations / SCADA System
4. Knowledge about CNC and PLCtrouble shooting
6. Safety protocols exposure for handling of electronics parts
7. Hand on experience of Fanuc Controls, Mitsubishi PLC , HMI,VFD
8. Exposure on Grinding , CNC Drilling, VMC
9. Honing, Induction Hardening, Robots, Spot &Seam Welding Machines,
10. Experience on Marposs On line Gauging System
11. Experience in CNC, PLC controls of Mitsubishi
FANUC, Siemens and Mechanical Assemblies)Behavioural Skills1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
