• Facilitation in implementation of IMS (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001& ISO50001), in plant.
• Planning internal & external IMS audits as per annual IMS audit plan to strengthen & sustain IMS in plant.
• Planning & coordination for challenging & getting National Level Awards and recognition for organization.
• Coordination of Management Review Committee Meetings (MRCM).
• Coordination for registration of Value Creation & Value Engineering themes (VC/ VE) for continual improvement in plant.
• Conducting 5S audits, Washroom audits to maintain good working environment in the plant.
• Conducting CLRI audits, Autonomous Maintenance audits & Overall Equipment Efficiency audits for Strengthening & Sustenance of TPM systems in plant.
• Taking up improvement management project in relevant area for continual improvement.
• Participation in daily work management (DWM) & actions as per requirement.
• Responsible for implementation of improvement projects (VC/VE themes).
• Coordination of event management in plant related to IMS & TPM.
• Coordination & facilitation in TPM Pillar activities.

Academic Qualification & ExperienceBE in Mech. Engineering from a reputed institute
3-7 years of experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge
