FunctionOperationsPay BandE3 & belowRoleAs a TM -Line manager you will be a part of plant operations and will be report to the Section Head (Engine Assembly).
who will be responsible for manage the Shift production of Engine Assembly through optimum utilization of resources and Ensuring best quality and safety practices to achieve the production demand.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Achieve daily shift Production Target through hourly production monitoring, man management and team skill planning.
• Improve Product Quality by strengthening of DWM activities
• Achieve Cost targets on shift basis
• Improve Operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM activities on line
• To improve and sustain good relations with Team Members and ensure safe work Environment on line

• Btech/ Automobile Engineering.
• Must have exposure of assembly process.( Preferably Engine Assembly)

Technical Skills/Knowledge\xef\x82\xa7 Domain Knowledge of Engine Assembly process.
\xef\x82\xa7 Familiar with Mfg Industry Safety rules and Regulations.
\xef\x82\xa7 Good exposure of TPM and IMS.
\xef\x82\xa7 Problem solving Approach.
\xef\x82\xa7 Well familiar with Industry Best Practices.

Hands on in Computer(Ppt, word, excel ).Behavioural Skills\xef\x82\xa7 Positive Attitude.
