The position holder shall be required to work towards implementing / monitoring implementation of UTCL HR interventions and initiatives pertaining to compensation and benefits across Marketing and RMC.

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Compensation - policies, frameworks and processes 1. Provide support to the BCOE for the designing, development and customisation of strategy, guidelines, policies, frameworks and processes pertaining to compensation, planning, benchmarking, pay-performance linkage etc. for Marketing and RMC.
2. Communication, Rollout, implementation and monitoring of policies, frameworks and processes across Marketing and RMC
3. Manage Compensation systems, processes, policies and governance models (Marketing and RMC
4. Monitor and support timely and effective completion of goal setting, midyear and final appraisal reviews
KRA2 Legal Compliance 1. Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of compensation and benefits related programs and practices across Marketing and RMC (management and staff) and auditing of the same
KRA3 MIS & Analysis 1. Development, management and maintenance of MIS and data analytics.
KRA4 Grievance Addressal 1. Address queries and grievances of employees pertaining to compensation and benefits and policy interpretations; manage policy exceptions for all employees across Marketing and RMC.
